- 1 cup plain yogurt

- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 2 tablespoons Tandoori masala

- 1 teaspoon red chili powder

- 1 teaspoon cumin powder

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

- Salt to taste

- 2 tablespoons oil

- Fresh coriander leaves and lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:

1. Clean and make cuts on the chicken pieces. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

4. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a grill, preheat it to a medium-high temperature.

5. Place the marinated chicken pieces on a baking tray lined with foil or on a greased grill rack.

6. Bake or grill the chicken for about 25-30 minutes, turning them halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has a charred, slightly crispy exterior.

7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and lemon wedges.

8. Serve the Tandoori Chicken hot with onion rings, green chutney, or lemon wedges.
