Veg Burger Recipe



Veg Burger Recipe (English)


Ingredients:

**For Patty:**

- 2 cups boiled and mashed potatoes

- 1 cup boiled and mashed mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, corn, etc.)

- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

- 2 tablespoons corn flour

- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

- 1 teaspoon red chili powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

- Salt to taste

- Oil for shallow frying


**For Burger Assembly:**

- Burger buns

- Lettuce leaves

- Sliced tomatoes

- Sliced onions

- Sliced cucumber

- Tomato ketchup

- Mayonnaise


 Instructions:


**For Patty:**

1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, mashed mixed vegetables, bread crumbs, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.

2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties.

3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties until golden brown on both sides. Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.


**For Burger Assembly:**

1. Slice the burger buns horizontally into two halves.

2. On the bottom half of the bun, spread some mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.

3. Place a lettuce leaf on the sauce, followed by a slice of tomato, onion rings, and cucumber slices.

4. Put a cooked patty on top of the vegetables.

5. Cover with the top half of the burger bun.


Serve the veg burgers hot with additional ketchup or condiments if desired.

- 1/2 छोटा चम्मच गरम मसाला

- नमक स्वाद के अनुसार

- तलने के लिए तेल


**बर्गर बनाने के लिए:**

- बर्गर बन्स

- लेटिस पत्तियां

- कटी हुई टमाटर

- कटी हुई प्याज

- कटी हुई खीरा

- टमाटर केचप

- मेयोनेज़


 निर्देश:


**पैटी के लिए:**

1. एक मिश्रण कटोरी में मैश्ड आलू, मैश्ड मिश्रित सब्जियां, ब्रेड क्रुम्ब्स, कॉर्न फ्लोर, अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, गरम मसाला, और नमक मिलाएं। अच्छी तरह मिलाएं ताकि डो जैसा एक कंसिस्टेंसी बने।

2. मिश्रण को बराबरी में बाँटकर पैटी की आकृति दें।

3. एक पैन में तेल गरम करें और पैटी को दोनों तरफ से सुनहरा भूरा होने तक शैलो फ्राई करें। फिर उन्हें अधिक तेल को पेपर टॉवल पर रखें ताकि अधिक तेल निकल जाए।


**बर्गर बनाने के लिए:**

1. बर्गर बन्स को दो भागों में काटें।

2. बन्स के निचले हिस्से पर मेयोनेज़ और टमाटर केचप लगाएं।

3. सॉस पर एक लेटिस पत्ती रखें, फिर एक टमाटर का स्लाइस, प्याज की रिंग्स, और खीरे के स्लाइस रखें।

4. ऊपर एक पकी हुई पैटी रखें।

5. बर्गर बन्स का ऊपरी हिस्सा रखें।


वेज बर्गर गर्मा गरम और केचप या सॉस  के साथ परोसें।
