 Pizza Recipe (English)


 Ingredients:

**For Pizza Dough:**

- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast

- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 cup lukewarm water


**For Pizza Sauce:**

- 1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1 teaspoon dried basil

- Salt and pepper to taste


**Toppings (Customize as per preference):**

- Shredded mozzarella cheese

- Sliced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)

- Pepperoni, cooked sausage, or any preferred meat toppings

- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)


 Instructions:


**For Pizza Dough:**

1. In a bowl, mix yeast, sugar, and lukewarm water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture along with olive oil.

3. Mix to form a dough, then knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour or until doubled in size.


**For Pizza Sauce:**

1. In a saucepan, heat a little olive oil and add minced garlic. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.

2. Add crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens. Adjust seasoning as needed.


**Pizza Assembly:**

1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.

2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to the desired thickness.

3. Transfer the dough to a pizza pan or a baking sheet.

4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

5. Add shredded mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings.

6. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

- नमक और काली मिर्च स्वाद के अनुसार


**टॉपिंग्स (पसंद के अनुसार करें):**

- ग्रेटेड मोज़ारेला चीज़

- कटी हुई सब्जियां (शिमला मिर्च, प्याज, मशरूम, आदि)

- पेपरोनी, पका सॉसेज, या कोई पसंदीदा मांस टॉपिंग

- ताजा तुलसी पत्तियां (सजाने के लिए)


निर्देश:


**पिज़्ज़ा डो (पिज़्ज़ा का आटा):**

1. एक कटोरी में यीस्ट, चीनी, और गर्म पानी मिलाएं। 5-10 मिनट तक यहाँ तक बुलबुले आने तक रखें।

2. एक बड़े मिश्रण कटोरी में मैदा और नमक मिलाएं। मध्य में एक कड़ाई बनाएं और उसमें यीस्ट मिश्रण और जैतून का तेल डालें।

3. डो बनाने के लिए पानी मिलाएं, फिर खुरचने पर आटा गुंथें। लगभग 8-10 मिनट तक या तब तक जब तक आटा चिकना और इलास्टिक नहीं हो जाता है।
